Our mission at Glory Days Live is to promote the health and social well being of economically disadvantaged youth.  While we understand the costs of sports rise every year, our goal is to ensure the families and players with the greatest need have access to scholarship funds and equipment.  As such, we require provide proof of eligibility when submitting an application. 

Documentation that provides proof of eligibility for one of the following is acceptable:

  • Free or reduced lunch programs
  • Food stamps
  • Temporary Assistance to Needy Families Program (TANF)
  • Aid for Dependent Children Program (ADC)
  • Social Security Disability Program (SSD)
  • Supplemental Security Income Program (SSI)
  • Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC)
  • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

In addition, the following is acceptable:

  • Documentation showing the child is in foster care or a ward of the state
  • Documentation showing the child receives Medicaid medical coverage
  • Documentation from the child’s school community liaison and principal

Please note that while this is not a complete list and other forms of documentation may be accepted, the Scholarship Committee will make the final decision on amount and type of assistance to provide.  Please email us if you have questions.
